OUR ETHICAL APPROACH

We are activly building an ethos with sustainability at the heart. 

We have begun our journey by taking small steps to reduce our carbon footprint and environmental performance. Being meticulous with our recycling, our use of compostable cups. Spoons, straws and napkins.  Also ecological cleaning products.  We are consciously reducing our use of single use plastic. 

We use a local supplier for our amazing scooped ice cream.  Dann's Farm, who in turn use locally sourced ingredients, including double cream and free range eggs from their own dairy.

To reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can; we work predominantly from a pitch, therefore minimising travel as much as possible.  Once on site we turn off our engines and all ice creams are served using the power of solar and/or electricity.
